Happy first day of spring!
Spring time in Vancouver is one of the most amazing times and I love everything about it. But, I’m stoked that summer is on it’s way!
Tthis last month has been quite a whirl-wind of travel, work and preparation for the 2009 wedding season. Time has been of the essence and as a result, I’ve been quite a naughty blogger! Meaning my blogs have been practically non-existant. I promise to change that! Part of the reason for my lack of blogging, is that I’ve been slaving away on my new website and this here new blog. I spent a fair amount of time on the new sites and they’re still not quite complete. I really love the layout though and one of my favorite parts of my new main site is the Client Lounge, where almost all my wedding clients have their own personal page! It’s super rad and so far folks are loving it. ALL the wedding info, photos and slideshow are centralized in one place that can be shared with friends and family…..so awesome!
The other reason for my lack of real blogging is Twitter. Twitter has become my biggest internet addiction since Facebook! It’s about 10 times as addictive though because it’s constantly being updated. It’s all just a bunch of “micro-blogging” from your contacts, in 140 characters or less….mini updates, if you will. It’s super convenient for me because I don’t always have the time for full blog entries, so entering a quick little update every few hours (sometimes much more often than that!), is just too easy. So, if you’re not already tweeting, get with it! Come follow me and we’ll send each other some tweet love.
Tomorrow I am off to Toronto for 5 days and will try to get back on the blog train upon my return! I have many, many great photos to post and am stoked to share some of them on this here new blog.
