This was a wedding of many firsts for me.
The first time I’ve shot a wedding at the beautiful Westwood Plateau. The first time I’ve ever seen a groom sing to his beautiful bride as she walked down the aisle. And, never before have I dealt solely with the groom through the entire planning process of the wedding. Jesse was so on top of things that I did not meet Loreili until the very day of the wedding! Definitely have to give the guy huge props for putting so much thought and hard work into the details. When we first met he described all sorts of great details about the wedding, and what got me was how every single detail meant something. I also loved that within minutes of us meeting he had his laptop out and was showing some of the amazing self portraits he’s captured of him and Loreili. He’s quite the shutter bug! As he described “the perfect spot for the wedding photos” he had discovered, I quickly grew elated at both the sounds of the location and his shear excitement about the photography portion of the wedding. He was pumped to get some really great shots and the more he described, the more excited I was to work with these two. I knew right off the bat he was was a dude was passion about his lady but also passionate about life in general. I can easily say the same goes for Loreili. She was an absolute doll to work with from the moment I met her and it was a treat to spend the day with her and Jesse. The passion that I saw throughout the day with these two was truly unlike any other….so incredibly intense, it’s a wedding I won’t soon forget.![]()
So, with that, I leave some of my favorites from the day. Probably more than I should post, but there’s just too many great shots of these two to limit the posts….
Thank you so much for sharing the day with my guys!
ps: Watch for an exciting announcement coming soon about Jesse & Loreili’s wedding!
